Delivery and returns.


The delivery will be made within the established deadline, and communicated at the time of purchase to the client / partner.

All the conditions of entregra are established and regulated by the Royal Legislative Decree, art.68 1/2007, of November 16, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

All merchandise is inspected and checked in our facilities before shipment.

If in any case the package appears damaged or open please do not accept the shipment in order to avoid the cost of return to the partner since the return costs or derivatives as changes are borne by the partner (mostly shipping costs).


As established by the Royal Legislative Decree, art.68 1/2007, of November 16, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; the client / partner has a maximum period of 7 calendar days to request the return of the item to count on the date of delivery of the order to the partner and 30 days to make it from the time of delivery, after this period, no refund will be authorized nor admitted in stores.

To proceed with a refund we offer 3 options:

Option 1 (General option by default)
1-The customer returns the order paying the shipping cost through the transport company that the customer wants, once reviewed in our stores, the money of the product purchased from the customer will be refunded.

Option 2 (This option requires a request from the client)
2-We send our transport to the customers at postage paid by Svip 2003 SL (SelectaVip);
Upon receiving and reviewing the order in our stores, the money will be refunded less the shipping cost.

Option 3 (This option requires a request from the client)
3-The customer can deposit the return of your product purchased at the UPS access point or UPS collection point closest to your delivery address or you can provide an area for the customer to deposit the product purchased at the nearest collection point to that area.
The company Svip 2003 SL (SelectaVip) will provide the client with the address of the collection point closest to the area that the client has said.

The product must be returned in the same state that has been delivered to the customer; with the original bag of the brand, all labels and without use because all the product sent by SelectaVip is new and unused.
The customer has 30 days from the reception for his return, from 30 days the returns "NO" will be accepted.
The company does not take charge of the return costs nor refund the shipping cost.
The return expenses are never borne by the company.

How to make a return ?.
